At Xuanling Pavilion, we ship worldwide. Please read the details below before placing an order.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or high order volume, processing may take longer.

2) Shipping Time (Estimated)

Delivery time depends on your destination and the carrier. Typical estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

  • Express Shipping: 3–7 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, carrier operations, or local events.

3) Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight/size.

4) Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

5) Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.

6) Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct.
We are not responsible for:

  • delivery issues caused by an incorrect/incomplete address provided at checkout

  • packages returned due to address errors or failed delivery attempts

If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to help update it.

7) Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages

If your package is delayed or tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period, please contact us and we will assist you.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping may require an additional shipping fee.
